Kent Ricks is AWESOME!! My wife and I just bought a sectional from Valley Outlet & Home Store, and the experience was great. We got to choose exactly what we wanted, and there even was some slight hiccups but Kent fixed them all. We got the couches sooner than we expected and he helped us through the entire time. They delivered to our house and helped us with some old couches as well. Very satisfied with the service and the awesome product. The specific sectional we bought has a lifetime warranty on the frame. These guys will take care of you, and get you a product that will last.

He will work with you to find something that is in line with your personal tastes. He also has an incredible eye for putting together the right combination of furniture and accessories to make your space look as if it's ready for the next edition of "Better Homes & Gardens". You can go to the other furniture stores in the valley and probably pay less, but you won't get the quality and great service you do here. It's the old adage: you get what you pay for. The products here are meant to last, and the service cannot be beat. All the employees are kind and helpful. This is the go-to place here.
